Crusher & Quarries
Ready-mix concrete is prepared using aggregates brought from our own quarries & crushers, ensuring its gradation & quality. The plant uses screened sand brought directly from the source using our own dumpers, free from phosphates, organic matters and clay, which are detrimental to concrete. Separate cement silos are used for OP and SR cement.

Products
LPR produces concrete in desired specifications following British or American Satandards with strength ranging from 1000 psi to 5000 psi. These standard products are designed for everyday applications guaranteed for consistency and strength.

High Strength Concrete
Concrete of higher strengths (6000psi and above) are produced with special mix designs using super plasticizers and micro silica sand. Such type of high strength concrete is new to Pakistan and may remarkable reduce the sizes of columns & other members providing more space and economy to the clients.

Raw Material
LPR uses best available raw material for its products. Coarse & fine aggregates are tested in accordance with ASTM standards before use. Cement from Lucky cement is used Its OPC & SRC complies with Pakistan Standards (PSS 232-1983 & PSS 612-1989) but both cements also surpasses British Standard (BS 12:1978 & BS 4027-1980 respectively). A full range of Admixtures are used that offer maximum flexibility in mix specifications which will be easy to finish and develop the strengths required. Admixtures are from reputed manufacturers like Sika or Fosroc.

 

 

Uses
The Ready-mix range is designed for versatile applications where the placement method is via chute, pump or kibble. Those applications includes bridges, Dams, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Buildings, Ports and Wharfs, Roads, Pavements and Airport.
